Build the business behind the food

Being a talented chef is the starting point. Building a personal chef business also means deciding what to offer, who you want to serve, how to price your work, and how clients will find and book you.

01

Get clear on your offer

Choose a business model, define your services, and describe the value clients are hiring you for.

02

Show up professionally

Shape your message, brand, website, and menus so clients can understand what you do.

03

Create a path to growth

Learn how marketing, follow-up, client care, and repeatable systems fit together.

This workshop focuses on the business side of personal-chef work—not cooking techniques.

  • Build follow-up systems and automations

I followed your advice. The whole cost was $400; I charged $1,100 and got a $300 tip. I was actually able to pay my rent!
